Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before hopping on a water bike in Cullera.

Do I need a licence or experience?
No. Water bikes have no motor and require no licence. We give you a short briefing and you are cruising within two minutes.
Is it safe? What if I cannot swim?
Yes. The catamaran-style floats are very stable and the life jacket is mandatory and included for everyone. If you cannot swim, the jacket keeps you afloat effortlessly.
Can children come along?
Yes. On the single and double bikes they can join the adults. The kids bike is for children from age 5, always accompanied by an adult on another bike.
How much does it cost?
From €20/hour for the kids bike, €30/hour for the single and €45/hour for the double. Book 2 hours and the hourly rate drops. See the full table on the Prices page.
Do I have to leave a deposit?
No. You just sign a liability waiver before heading out. No card holds and no deposits.
Do I need to book?
Recommended in July and August, especially in the afternoon. Message us on WhatsApp and we confirm your slot right away. You can also come straight over and rent if there is availability.
What should I bring?
Swimwear, sun protection and a smile. We provide the life jacket. We recommend a waterproof pouch if you want to bring your phone.
What if the weather is bad or windy?
The activity depends on the state of the sea. If the wind picks up or there is a warning, we let you know and reschedule your booking at no cost to another day or time.
Where are you and where do I park?
At the Port of Cullera, next to Aquajets Cullera. There is parking in the port area and walking access from the promenade.
Can I leave the marked area?
No. For safety, sailing takes place within the authorised, marked area. Our staff will point it out before you set off.
